The community of Rosemont is located just North of Confederation Park, East of 14th Street NW, and South of Cambrian Drive (which turns into 10th Street NW). Surrounding communities to Rosemont include: Cambrian Heights, Collingwood, Capitol Hill, and Mt. Pleasant. McMahon Stadium is also 5 minutes away.
The biggest benefit for living in Rosemont is the commute to the University of Calgary is under 5 minutes via 24th Avenue. Commuting to downtown is also a breeze via 14th Avenue or Crowchild Trail. Many seniors currently still reside in Rosemont, however that will soon change as the aging baby-boomer population starts to downsize and move into retirement facilities.
